We are Mónica and
Govert-Jan. In 1998 we started a small website
on our ISP's homepage about Peru,
because many
people hardly know anything about this beautiful country. We put a lot
of effort on it and we noticed that the site became popular. In 2000 we
registered the name www.virtualperu.net. In 2006 we changed the name to
virtualperu.info. Because that is what we intend to do: provide information.
A little bit information about us: Mónica was born in 1973
in
Lima, Peru.
Govert-Jan is born in 1964 in the Netherlands. After our marriage we
first lived in Amsterdam, but now we have moved to Limburg in the
entire south, the only region in the Netherlands with green rolling
hills
instead of canals and windmills. In April 2003 our son Jef was born.
And in May 2005 our little son Timo was born. Here is the website of Timo
